Day 1: Arrive in Haikou and go to the Oceania Free Trade Center to attend the welcome ceremony. Subsequently, meet with representatives of the Hainan Free Trade Port government to learn about the policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port and relevant information about the steel industry.
Day 2: Travel from Haikou to Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. Have a meeting with the leaders of Hebei Province to discuss cooperation opportunities in the steel industry and understand the development plan of the steel industry in Hebei Province.
Day 3: Visit local steel enterprises in Handan, Hebei Province, to gain an in-depth understanding of the production process, technological innovation and other aspects, and communicate with the heads of the enterprises about cooperation intentions.
Day 4: Continue the activities in Qinhuangdao in the morning. Arrange a communication with the local steel industry association. In the afternoon, visit the Langge Si Winery to taste wine and experience the local characteristic industrial culture.
Day 5: Travel from Qinhuangdao to Beijing. Have a meeting with relevant government officials of the China Metallurgical Department to understand the policy trends of the national steel industry and conduct a summary and exchange.

Partner Pricing Explained
When you bring a business colleague or life partner with you, you both pay the reduced rate of $18,000 per person. For example, if you and your business partner both attend, the total cost would be $36,000 ($18,000 × 2) instead of $50,000. That's a savings of $7,000 per person compared to the standard single delegate price.
We only need to know if you require an extra room. The partner price remains $18,000 per person regardless of room arrangements.
Travel Information
International flights to and from Beijing are not included in the delegation price. Participants are expected to arrange their own travel to arrive in Beijing by May 5th, 2025, for the commencement of the program.
